Day 1/45 Green Smoothie Challenge

Yesterday I did great. I prepared all of my smoothies in advance and drank them for breakfast, lunch and dinner (BLD). When I got home, I worked out with Zumba Rush (20 Minutes). After I worked out, I got a slight headache, so I decided to have some sweet potato soup. My goal is not necessary weight loss, but to switch back to a veggie lifestyle. Weight loss will be a by-product of the challenge.

As I embark on a new road, wish me luck. This is the same journey…just a different path.
