10 POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS
CHANGE YOUR MIND | CHANGE YOUR LIFE
Affirmations can be good and affirmations can be bad. Basically, what we speak and think about – we bring about. Good and bad.
Positive affirmation are very important, because it’s easy to think negative or to speak bad about your lives and situations. What takes courage and repetition is speaking positive and thinking positive. Sometimes we go through things in our lives that are not so good and wonder why these things are happening in our life. But when you think about it – it’s not only the law of karma that effects things in our lives – its our own thoughts and actions about ourselves.
What is super important is making a habit of thinking and speaking good and positive thoughts and saying them out loud. Every day. It may seem silly but the effects are amazing. It’s our thoughts and the words that leave our mouths that affect us. So we have to be clear and present. Not “I’m going to be rich and healthy”, instead try to say everyday “I AM rich and healthy.” Try it!
WRITE THEM WHERE YOU CAN SEE THEM – EVERYDAY
I have written my affirmations on my bathroom mirror with a dry erase marker. My mirror in my bathroom covers the entire wall so I have tons of room to write. So when I come into the bathroom in the morning to start my day – I see them. I see them when I get out of the shower and I’m speaking them. Sometimes I just look at them and not say them aloud. But they are being ingrained into my thoughts. It works. My affirmations helped me lose 20 pounds. “I lose weight quickly” “I eat healthy” – When you affirm that you do this you are responsible to YOURSELF and you alone. So you’re not tricking or being dishonest to anyone else but you, if you are not saying them and not moving into action.
AVOID THE NEGATIVE
Remember when you create your affirmations, don’t create them with any negative words “I don’t want”, “I wont” “I will not”.
I’ll share something quick about my experience with that. Before I knew about the power of affirmations (positive and negative), I use to say all the time out loud I will never marry a man with children, I don’t want to get married, because I don’t want to get a divorce, I will never be a single mother. Guess what? I got it all….everything I said out loud that I didn’t want – I got it all.
When you focus on what will never happen and what you don’t want, you will get more of it and the same goes for focusing on what will happened and what you DO want.
So here goes:
- I give out Love and it is returned to me multiplied
- I attract only healthy relationships
- I choose love, joy and freedom, open my heart and allow wonderful things to flow into my life.
- I prosper wherever I turn and I know that I deserve prosperity of all kinds
- I have the means to travel abroad, whenever I want to.
- Everyday I get better and better
- I attract authentic loving people into my life
- Wealth is pouring into my life – from expected and unexpected sources
- I am a confident and positive person, and confident and positive people gravitate toward me everyday.
- I see each part of my life as a lesson
Create your own, remember to be positive and deliberate.
