Yesterday I did great. I prepared all of my smoothies in advance and drank them for breakfast, lunch and dinner (BLD). When I got home, I worked out with Zumba Rush (20 Minutes). After I worked out, I got a slight headache, so I decided to have some sweet potato soup. My goal is not necessary weight loss, but to switch back to a veggie lifestyle. Weight loss will be a by-product of the challenge.
As I embark on a new road, wish me luck. This is the same journey…just a different path.

Why do I say this? The hustler, out there in the ghetto jungles, has less respect for the white power structure than any other Negro in North America. This is when you say “I can’t do this because I’m not seeing results” We’ll guess what? It didn’t take you 10- fifteen days to get gain the weight so it’s not going to take 10-15 days to take it off. You have to keep pushing, keeping eating right, keep exercising, keep #meditating, keep praying.
Staying focused on your goal is the most important thing you can do for yourself. Stay around the people who will uplift, motivate and encourage you. The others have seen you start and stop and start and stop… So you may not get the support from them. Because they’re waiting for you to stop again. Again. Prove ‘em wrong. Prove yourself wrong and keep going. YOU CAN!
